Pay Scale:
Base hourly rate ranges between $23.00 - $29.00

Key Responsibilities
- Process car deals through the dealership accounting system
- Verify deal costs, including reconditioning and equipment add-ons
- Reconcile inventory schedules, payoff schedules, and other related schedules
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Assist the Business Office Manager with additional accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dealership accounting experience required
- Professional and dependable with strong work ethic
- Customer service–oriented with a collaborative attitude
- Proficient in internet and computer use; CDK experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions

Compensation: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
